We reserve the rights to change, modify, add or remove portions of our terms at any time. Please check these terms regularly to keep up to date with any changes.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
A Rosy Day is not legally responsible for any loss or damage of our goods and services unless reasonable.
All our information or materials from our website have copyright and it is entirely at your own risk when using our sources. We reserve all copyrights and trademarks in this website including but is not limited to designs, layouts, photos and text and a rights are reserved to take action against anyone who breaches our terms.
It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that the correct product, service and information is provided. In case of any inaccuracy or error, A Rosy Day will not be held liable.
DELIVERY OF GOODS
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure all correct details (e.g. accurate address, contact number, recipient name..) are provided. We will contact you or the recipient (whom ever is nominated) to organise an appropriate delivery time. All unsuccessful deliveries will be returned to A Rosy Day and additional charges will incur.
A Rosy Day delivers the flowers via our own drivers and hence extra care will be taken during the transit.
If any damage occurs during the transit, the purchaser will be contacted and replacements will be made. If damage occurs after delivery, A Rosy Day is not responsible for any replacements or refunds.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
All returns and refunds will be processed in accordance to the Australian Consumer Protection Legislation.
Products sold on our website are fresh, natural but however perishable. The life span of the flowers depend on the type of flower and hence, some flowers will live longer than others.

Flowers are limited to season and market availability. Therefore, some flowers shown in the sample image may not be available when you make your purchase. Flowers will be replaced with flowers of a similar colour unless any specific flowers are specified on purchase. The size of the flower arrangements will remain the same.

Our dried flower products are all handmade. Despite using the same flowers, the product will not be 100% the same as the sample image shown. However, there will be no significant change in the design unless specified.
Full refunds will be processed if your cancellation is notified at lease three (3) days prior to the delivery date. NO refunds will be given on cancellations within the three (3) days.
We will take photos of all products before they leave our store to record the original state of the product. If you have any issues or problems with our product we reserve the rights to request images of the product. If the original product has been disposed of or supporting images can not be submitted, replacement flowers or refunds will not take place.
DISCLAIMER
A Rosy Day gives no warranty that documents the lifespan of the the products or that the goods and services will be free from errors and defects.
Although we strive to provide the best service and quality some areas are out of our control (e.g. flower availability, delays in delivery due to unforeseen traffic changes..). We will do our best to ensure all requirements are met and fulfilled on our behalf.
YOUR PRIVACY
At A Rosy Day we protect your privacy and adhere to the privacy principles outlined in the Commonwealth Privacy Act 1988. All your personal information will be kept confidential as we respect your privacy and confidentiality.
If the purchaser disagrees to reveal their identity, A Rosy Day will not disclose any details to the receiver.
