We have uploaded sample photos of our flowers to show their size and some colour options.
You can choose to order a similar product or you can choose your own colour scheme to some extent.
Due to seasonal availability, some flowers will need to be replaced with ones that are in full bloom at your point of order.
If there is a particular flower you want, leave us a message and we will get back to you!
The sample photos uploaded are the basal desgins of our dried goods!
You have the option to order the dried flower arrangement as is
or
you will be allowed to choose a colour scheme and the arrangement will be designed to it!
The colour spectrum for dried flowers is queit limited, so please ask us if your preferred colour scheme is possible!
Please keep in mind that all our products are hand-made and may not be 100% the same as the sample image provided.
Dried flowers are loved as they last for ages without any losing their initial colour and shape.
If your dried flowers are kept out of direct sunlight or moist conditions they will last you for up to 3 years.
Please be aware that some flowers added to your dried flower arrangement are much more delicate compared to the others. So please be careful when you handle our custom-made ever lasting goods!
Once you've added all your lovely goods into your shopping cart you will need to submit your order.
This procedure will NOT take you directly through to payment.
Once you submit your order, we will review it and get back to you as soon as we can.
(normally within one (1) hour during working hours)
You will be contacted via text where the following will be confirmed:
Which item you have ordered.
Any special requirements or any changes that we will need to make to the arrangement.
Delivery/Pick-up time & date.
Any special requests you have (e.g. writing a message on a card, if you want to remain anonymous... )
Once you've added all your lovely goods into your shopping cart you will need to submit your order.
This procedure will NOT take you directly through to payment.

The remaining amount will need to be paid by bank transfer or cash payment along with your flower collection.
If you are sending the flowers directly to the recipient, a full payment is required with the confirmation of your order.

Pick up is also available at our store located in Dundas between 9am-5pm / Monday - Sunday.
Deliveries will be made during our trading hours between 9am-5pm / Monday - Sunday.
Please be aware that specific delivery times are hard to meet. However, you will be given a time bracket of when the delivery will be made. Further confirmation will take place the day before delivery.
No interstate deliveries are available.

Alternate payment options are available for overseas customers.
Please contact us and we will assit you further.
No cancellation fees will be charged if you cancel (three) 3 days prior to the delivery/pick-up date and you will recieve your full refund. But if you proceed with your cancellation within the (three) 3 days notice period, your payment will not be refunded.
No refunds will be issued for change of mind.
If there are any problems or issues in regards to your order please contact us and we will do our best to work things out.
